The HOA is dedicated to preserving the look and feel of the Filing I neighborhood by helping homeowners understand the covenants and bylaws which have helped keep the curb appeal of our community desirable and our property values high.
All residents of Fox Hill Filing I must get approval from the HOA board before undertaking any exterior modification including roof, structure where the modification is visible from the street, major landscaping visible from the street, and fencing visible from the street using the External Modification Request form. Please refer to the HOA Bylaws and Declaration of Covenants for more information.
